1. The dancer undertakes to notify the teacher of any illness, conditions or injuries of the dancer regardless of whether such illness, conditions or injuries were sustained as a result of training received at Tanya Myers Dance Studio or otherwise.
2. The dancer undertakes to notify the teacher if he/she is unable to attend class. The absence of the dancer will be recorded as such.
3. The dancer recognizes that it will be her/his own responsibility to catch up on any missed training/work if he/she has missed any class for any reason.
4. It is required of each dancer to be appropriately dressed for every class. The dancer undertakes to be dressed in a manner that enables him/her to be able to fully participate in the training provided.
5. No spectators will be allowed during class except with prior arrangements made with the teacher. The dancer undertakes to make the necessary arrangements timeously should the need to do so arise.
6. If the need arises to discuss any matter with a teacher, an appointment must be made and adhered to. It is requested that this regulation be adhered to, to ensure that each dancer benefits from the classes ful

1. No pro-rata payment will be allowed for any classes missed by the dancer. The amount due and payable to ​Tanya Myers Dance Studio will therefore not be amended or adjusted in any way and the dancer agrees that the full amount owed by the dancer to ​Tanya Myers Dance Studio for the full period will be due and payable.
2. If the dancer selects to pay per term, the dancer agrees that the fees will be paid in full by the last day of the first month of the term consisting of three (3) months. It is essential that proof of payment be delivered to ​Tanya Myers Dance Studio with the dancer’s name and surname as reference and clearly indicating the period for which payment has been effected. If this regulation is not adhered to, additional penalty fees of 10% per month will apply.
3. If the dancer selects to pay per month, the dancer agrees that the full amount due and payable will be paid by the last day of each month. If this regulation is not adhered to, an additional penalty fee of 10% per month will be added to the outstanding fee and will remain due and payable until the full amount is paid.

1. The dancer undertakes to notify the studio at least one (1) month prior to to the termination of the dance lessons. All notices must be delivered in writing, clearly stating the date, name of the dancer and all subjects/styles the dancer receives training for.
2. In the event where proper notice as stated in 10 above is not given, the dancer will be liable for a one (1) month notice fee regardless of whether or not he/she attends training during the notice month or not.
3. The dancer will be held liable for all outstanding fees which may have arisen as a result of this contract upon termination thereof. The dancer therefore agrees that the total of these fees including any penalty fees that have arisen, will be due and payable to ​Tanya Myers Dance Studio until fully extinguished by full payment or otherwise.

1. Tanya Myers Dance Studio and its teachers will not be held liable for any loss, injury, illness, ailment, condition or death sustained as a result of any training received at any time at or by ​Tanya Myers Dance Studio, during the duration of this contract or after the termination thereof.

It is the duty of the dancer and/or the dancer’s parent and/or guardian to prevent, treat and take care of any injury, illness, ailment or condition that may be sustained during the course of the training received at ​Tanya Myers Dance Studio by any of its teachers. The dancer hereby accepts and agrees that ​Tanya Myers Dance Studio and its teachers will not be held liable for the payment of any medical or other costs incurred by the dancer and/or the dancer’s parent and/or guardian during the duration of this contract or after termination thereof.

1. The payment of fees is not to be taken lightly. The dancer hereby agrees that all terms and conditions as set out above are to be applicable, including any penalty fees accumulated throughout the duration of this agreement.
2. Proper reference to all payments are to be made by using the name and surname of the dancer and clearly stating the month or term for which the payment is made.
3. If payment to ​Tanya Myers Dance Studio is made via EFT, please ensure a proof of payment is delivered to it by sending an SMS, e-mail, or by printing the proof of payment and handing it to the teacher.
4. Please be considerate of any projects, shows or productions upon cancellation of your contract. If a dancer is committed to a project, show or production, it is expected of them to see it through.
5. If a dancer has previously been affiliated with a different studio and has chosen to resume their training at ​Tanya Myers Dance Studio, please ensure that all fees due and payable to that studio are fully paid.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE that it is expected of each dancer to always show respect and loyalty towards the studio name, fellow dancers and the teachers. Tanya Myers Dance Studio and its employees will not tolerate any disrespect towards the studio name, fellow dancers and teachers, and reserves the right to inform any dancer or responsible person of any misconduct and/or behavior that it wishes to discuss. Tanya MyersDance Studio and its employees reserve the right to terminate this agreement by written notice upon any serious misconduct on the part of the dancer, whereupon the dancer will still be liable for any payment owed by the dancer to it. Tanya MyersDance Studio and its employees reserve the right to take any legal action arising from the conclusion of this contract and its regulations.
